It is not always possible for Jamie's Jumping Jacks to accept Rush Orders.
Note: Orders must be received by 1:00 pm CST to be shipped according to
the above schedule. Orders received after 2:00 pm or over the weekend will be
processed as if they were received on the following business day. We observe the
same holiday schedule as UPS.
Before approving your order proof , please check for accuracy of printing and characters. Any errors
discovered after proof is accepted will be corrected at the customer’s expense.
Important Shipping Note About Cookies:
During warmer months, we tend to ship anything with chocolate (which is almost
all cookies) overnight to avoid melting.
This usually begins around Mother’s Day up until October or November.
Depending on weather, warmer states (AZ, FL, etc) may also require overnight
delivery year-round.
