When you receive your cookies, take out the ice pack (if there is one) and place your box of cookies away from direct sunlight and animals. A cool closet or cellar is an ideal place. Your cookies kept in the original packaging will be fresh for up to 3 months. DO NOT PLACE YOUR COOKIES IN THE REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER!!! There is too much humidity for the chocolate and it will either discolor the chocolate or make the chocolate wet and sticky. P.S. Your Ice Pack(s) are reusable.
